Gloucestershire business teams up with Championship Rugby club

Gloucestershire-based Freemans Event Partners has been appointed by a local stadium.

The new partnership with Sixways Stadium is set to transform the matchday fan experience across all Worcester Warriors and Worcester City FC Men's and Women's games.

Freemans Event Partners will deliver food and beverage solutions at the venue, as the Worcester Warriors return to Championship Rugby for the first time in three years.

From the clubhouse to the Fan Zone, every corner of the ground is being refreshed to deliver more choice and faster service, enhancing supporters' experience from arrival through to the final whistle.

Bars across the stadium are undergoing a complete refresh, with new branding, digital menus and speedier service designed to keep queues moving. The drinks line-up has been curated to reflect changing tastes, alongside the tried-and-tested favourites supporters know and love.

The Fan Zone is evolving into a lively social hub which will carry the matchday spirit well beyond kick-off. It is set to offer live music, interactive entertainment, games and a significantly expanded food and drink offer, from global street food flavours to old favourites.

To make the experience as seamless as possible, Freemans is rolling out FEP PAY across the stadium. The payment system cuts down queues, speeds up service and gives supporters a fast, secure way to buy food and drink.

Matt Luscombe, CEO of Freemans Event Partners, said: "We are proud to be supporting Worcester Warriors on their return to Championship Rugby. This partnership goes far beyond food and drink: it's about raising the bar for the entire matchday experience. This is an exciting time for the club and its supporters, and we are committed to delivering them a food and beverage offering that will transform the fan experience."

Stephen Vaughan, strategy director for Worcester Warriors, said: "We are excited to see Sixways Stadium welcoming the Worcester Warriors once again on their home ground. This year's season means more than ever before, and we are delighted to be working with Freemans Event Partners to bring a revamped food and drink offering to fans across all games at the venue."

Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal visited Freemans Event Partners last week as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations.
