Gloucester-based architects secure place on £500m contract framework

National architectural practice GSSArchitecture, which has an office in Gloucester, has successfully secured a place in five regions of the Procure Partnerships Professional Services Framework.

The framework runs for four years alongside the already established Contractor Framework and aids public sector bodies in finding reliable and highly-skilled contract partners.

Having secured places on the framework in the North East, Yorkshire, East Midlands, East of England and now the South West, GSS public sector clients will benefit from being able to access professional services through the streamlined Approved Supplier Agreement, providing demonstrable value for money, saving time and delivering measurable social value.

Jonathan Hunter, partner and Approved Supplier Agreement (ASA) director at GSSArchitecture, said: "At GSSArchitecture we are delighted to have been able to secure a place in five regions on this highly competitive, national framework.

"Our success highlights the strength of our experience across these regions where GSS have been working for many years. We look forward to working with Procure Partnerships over the years to come and delivering exceptional value to our expanding public sector client base."

Robbie Blackhurst, framework director at Procure Partnerships Framework said: "We were extremely impressed with the quality of tenders received and delighted with the calibre of suppliers that we now have locked into our 4-year agreement. The breadth of public sector delivery experience across our supplier partners is impressive and we are excited to work with and support them.

"It was important to us that our supplier partners have demonstrable experience of delivering across all public sub sectors. This attracted 20 per cent of the total evaluation which has meant that we have suppliers who have outstanding experience of delivering Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Blue Light projects within their specific allotted geographies."
