Gloucester apartment block for sale for £1.5m

A block of flats in Gloucester City Centre has been placed on the market through Move Estate Agents.

Advertised as an investment opportunity, Move said the development of nine one-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments in two adjoining blocks could provide an income of around £93,000 per year.

The newly refurbished flats are arranged across two adjoining blocks at 111 Eastgate Street and 1 Nettleton Road.

Block 1 on Eastgate Street has one two-bedroom and four one-bedroom apartments with their own communal area and entrance.

The apartments on Nettleton Road consist of five one-bedroom and two large one-bedroom units.

All apartments are currently vacant pending completion.

On the market with a guide price of £1.5m for the freehold, the portfolio also includes commercial office space and parking for two electric vehicles.
