Free webinar on managing your investment property

A free New Year webinar with a spotlight on managing your investment property is being held on Thursday, January 20, from 6pm - 7.15pm.

Join legal experts from Cheltenham-based Willans LLP solicitors, alongside guest speakers in property and financial planning, as they share tips on how to boost and protect your investment portfolio.

From landlord requirements and rental market trends, to financing and tax efficiency, this free webinar offers key insights for established buy-to-let owners and those considering starting out.

There are many elements to consider when looking to get the most out of your investment property.

This free session offers key insights from head of Willans' residential property team Suzanne O'Riordan and experienced residential landlord and tenant disputes lawyer James Melvin-Bath, alongside guest speakers Angharad Trueman (ARLA Propertymark vice president and MD at CGT Lettings Ltd.) and Chloe Dunk (financial planner at Quayside Wealth Management).

Attendees will also have a chance to ask questions in a Q&A at the end of the session and are encouraged to submit them when registering for the webinar.

Associate solicitor advocate James Melvin-Bath said: "We're really looking forward to this event and if you are a landlord, or you are interested in becoming one, this will be a good starting point for what you need to know and what to expect in 2022."
