Just a month after buying Missguided, Frasers Group is set to acquire fast fashion retailer I Saw It First.

I Saw It First was founded in 2017 by Jalal Kamani, after he helped his brother Mahmud create and build up online fashion giant Boohoo, as reported by Retail Gazette.

Frasers Group acquired struggling fast fashion brand Missguided for £20m last month, beating off rival Boohoo.

I Saw It First joins the Sports Direct owner's growing portfolio of brands, including House of Fraser, Jack Wills and Evans Cycles.
