Green contest for new name for New Lawn

Forest Green Rovers is offering eco-friendly businesses the chance to have the stadium named after them.
The League Two Club has announced a unique contest for companies or organisations to have their name associated with the famous New Lawn stadium.
Currently named the 'innocent New Lawn' after last year's public vote with the well-known drinks maker, the club will break new ground this season by awarding the naming rights to an organisation working on environment issues.
FGR are looking for anyone that advances the environmental cause - this could be through the products or services they offer, or through greening their own operation, or public information and advocacy.
It could be an eco-friendly start up, or a long-established business making the transition - a charity or voluntary organisation - the competition is open to all who share the club's ethos and passion for doing things another way.
The winner will benefit from 'billions of media impressions' that FGR generates globally each season - across broadcast, print and online media coverage.
Dale Vince, Chairman, Forest Green Rovers, said: "Whatever you do, make or provide, whatever your plans or achievements to date - you could have your name on the New Lawn next season. The opportunity is open to everyone - if you're in this space we want to hear from you"
To be in with a chance, send a maximum of 250 words explaining why your name should be on The New Lawn next season to partnerships@fgr.co.uk by 1st July.
The winner and the new stadium name will be announcd on 9th July - and naming rights will commence on 1st August, in time for the new season.
