Five £1million homes already snapped up on site of former Cheltenham police station

The developer of the £1million homes on the site of Cheltenham's former central police station say they have had an "amazing response" from interested buyers since taking the properties to market.

Cala Homes opened the doors to the 59 Lansdown development on Lansdown Road in March and they have had five reservations in two months.

The development consists of 25 five-bedroom villas and 42 one and two-bedroom apartments in a prime location close to the town centre, Cheltenham Ladies College and Dean Close School.

Prices for the five-bedroom houses start at £945,000 and with only 20 left available, the developer is saying that interested parties need to move soon.

Neil Simpson, Sales and Marketing Director at CALA Homes (Midlands), said: "Our 59 Lansdown development is a flagship development for the region and it marks our exciting return to Cheltenham.

"After years of careful planning and construction, we are delighted that these stunning homes have had an amazing response since launching.

"The homes, and the lifestyle, on offer at this development provide something unique to everyone and we're positive that those in the market for a luxury, yet low-maintenance, home will not be disappointed by the spectacular showhome.

"With high levels of interest, we'd encourage any interested purchasers to get in touch and pay a visit to 59 Lansdown."
