The Business in Gloucestershire Golf Society will make its comeback later this year, with the first tee times booked for Friday, June 7.
Established more than a decade ago, the society has been on a break but has inked in the first golf day of the year for Tewkesbury Park Hotel and Golf Club.
The Business in Gloucestershire (BIG) golf society has raised more than £30,000 for good causes including Young Gloucestershire and the Pied Piper Appeal.
It has also linked countless businesses with representatives from Kier Construction, Harrison Clark Rickerbys and Hazlewoods and others taking to the course.
This year's first event has been sponsored by GBE Converge and all proceeds will go to Maggie's - a charity that helps people, friends and families of those affected by cancer.
Ian Eggleton, founder of the BIG and a director at Cheltenham-based surveyors and planning consultants Evan Jones said he was looking forward to getting the clubs out.
"We're pleased to be back playing golf as a society after a break," he said.
"I would urge any local businesses looking for networking opportunities to join BIG and help some great causes in the process."
Jason Buttle, managing director at GBE Converge, added: "We're really looking forward to sponsoring BIG's golf day and raising vital funds for Maggie's cancer charity.
"We're hoping this day will be even bigger and better than the last."
