Exclusive tour of Provender Mill, Bakers Quay - VIDEO

Punchline-Gloucester was given an exclusive tour of the new Provender Mill building, part of phase one of the £141million regeneration of Bakers Quay.

More than 40 senior figures from the construction sector gathered for a grand reveal of the latest multi-million-pound developments at Gloucester Quays.

Staged by the Constructing Excellence Gloucestershire group and hosted by main contractor Barnwood Construction the event included a site visit and tour of the "major development".

Phase one includes the 104 Bedroom Premier Inn Hotel, a drive through Costa Coffee, the restoration of the Grade II Listed Engine Shed (and conversion to Beefeater Restaurant).

The original iconic Provender Mill was destroyed by fire in 2015.
