Punchline-Gloucester was given an exclusive tour of the new Costa Coffee building, part of phase one of the £141million regeneration of Bakers Quay.

More than 40 senior figures from the construction sector gathered for a grand reveal of the latest multi-million-pound developments at Gloucester Quays.

Staged by the Constructing Excellence Gloucestershire group and hosted by main contractor Barnwood Construction the event included a site visit and tour of the "major development".

Phase one includes the 104 Bedroom Premier Inn Hotel, the restoration of the Grade II Listed Engine Shed (and conversion to Beefeater Restaurant) and the reconstruction of the iconic Provender Mill, itself destroyed by fire in 2015.
