Exclusive development by Gloucestershire housebuilder

Thirty-nine four and five bedroom homes have gone on the market at a new development in north Gloucestershire.

Gloucester-headquartered Newland Homes is the housebuilder behind the scheme called New Town Park in Toddington, north of Cheltenham.

Built with a mixture of Cotswold stone with natural slate roof tiles the homes are also described as featuring impressive entrance halls with galleried landings, and open plan kitchen and breakfast areas and family spaces.

Each home is on a "generous plots" with "landscaped grounds" and designed "to make the best use of space and views, with wide bi-fold doors linking indoor and outdoor spaces".

Gail Remnant, associate sales director at Newland Homes, said: "New Town Park is an excellent example of how with careful consideration to design and layout, homes can feel private, spacious and make the most of the countryside and open space.

"Homes here are of the highest specification and blend in well with existing homes in the neighbourhood and we're sure they will be popular with local homebuyers looking for something special."

Each house comes with high quality fixtures and extras to complement the design, with oak inlay doors, bespoke painted wooden kitchens, Silestone work surfaces as standard, stylish island units, a wine cooler and 'hide and slide' Neff ovens.

Doors are now open at a five-bedroom Broadway-style show home.

Prices for the first release of homes start at £640,000.

The marketing suite and showhome is open daily from 11am until 5pm at New Town Park, Newtown, Toddington, Gloucestershire, GL54 5DU.
