'Exciting new chapter' for windows firm

Tewkesbury-based Joedan Holdings has acquired a majority shareholding in a Kent-based company.

Joedan has acquired Eden Windows, Doors & Conservatories, a trusted and well-established retail installation company operating across Kent as part of the Conservatory Outlet Network.

Eden's existing management team will continue to operate the business independently, and Joedan's founder, John Purcaro, has been appointed chairman at Eden, effective immediately.

A statement from the Joedan said: "This acquisition marks a significant milestone for the growth of Joedan Holdings and Joedan Windows & Doors. Together, we're poised to unlock new synergies and deliver even greater value to our customers.

"Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting new chapter!"

Chairman John Purcaro said: "In the coming months, Eden will become a trade customer of Joedan Windows & Doors for aluminium fabricated products. Eden will also continue to be supplied directly by Conservatory Outlet for PVC and conservatory products.

"This acquisition represents a significant milestone for the growth of both Joedan Holdings and Joedan Windows & Doors.

"I am excited about the synergies that can be achieved through this partnership, as both companies work together to capitalise on their strengths and deliver even greater value to their customers."

Last October, Joedan Holdings Ltd officially acquired Topline Windows & Topline Window Doctor, along with their primary operational facility.

With over 30 years of service on the Isle of Wight, Topline Windows has built a solid reputation fitting quality aluminum and PVC windows across both retail and commercial sectors.

Joedan is a manufacturer and installer of windows and doors into the retail trade, commercial sectors and homes. It was established 40 years ago and has four design centres around the country.
