Deliveroo teams up with B&Q

DIY giant B&Q has joined fellow Kingfisher brand Screwfix in teaming up with Deliveroo for speedy deliveries.

The initiative will be introduced across nine B&Q Local stores in London later this month, as reported by Retail Gazette.

Shoppers will be able to order from a range of over 600 key products and have them delivered in as little as 25 minutes.

It is part of Deliveroo's expansion into non-food and grocery brands, following partnerships with Boots, Ann Summers and The Perfume Shop.

B&Q has also launched a trial of robot deliveries in Milton Keynes, in partnership with DPD.
