Hatherley and Reddings CC completes renovations with support from Enovert Community Trust.
A project to renovate the changing rooms at Hatherley and Reddings Cricket Club has now been successfully completed, thanks to a £50,000 grant from Enovert Community Trust, provided through the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).

The much-needed renovations included replacing the outdated shower system, upgrading flooring and ceilings, and installing energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
These improvements not only provide a more welcoming and sanitary environment but also significantly reduce energy consumption, aligning with the club's commitment to improving sustainability.
Chris Strangeway, honorary secretary of Hatherley and Reddings Cricket Club, said: "The completion of this project marks a new chapter for our club. The updated changing rooms not only improve the experience for our players and visitors but also demonstrate our dedication to creating an inclusive, sustainable, and welcoming environment.
"We are incredibly thankful to Enovert Community Trust for its generous grant, which has made this transformation possible."

Hatherley and Reddings Cricket Club has previously received funding support from Enovert Community Trust on another successful project, securing a £23,000 grant in October 2023 to install solar panels to the club's roof.
Angela Haymonds, trust manager of Enovert Community Trust, said: "The trust is proud to have supported Hatherley and Reddings Cricket Club in delivering such an impactful project. These renovations will benefit not only the club's members but also the many community groups that use the facilities.
"By improving the changing rooms and incorporating sustainable upgrades, the club is creating a space that encourages activity and community engagement while reducing its environmental footprint."
Hatherley and Reddings Cricket Club is located just under five miles from Wingmoor Farm Landfill Site. For more information on Enovert Community Trust, contact Angela Haymonds on 01753 582513.
