County pub on the market for £350,000

A popular Gloucester pub is up for sale for £350,000 after the price was reduced.

The Dick Whittington at 100, Westgate Street, Gloucester originally had a guide price in the region of £450,000 but this has now been lowered.

The pub is being marketed by property agents Savills and comprises of a two-storey building of traditional brick construction under a pitched roof.

Described as a wet led business, it has a trade garden to the side. Internally the property comprises a traditional public house with many traditional features trading over two floors.

The lower ground trade area is accessed by stairs to the rear and comprises an 'L' shaped bar servery, 44 covers and WC's. The upper ground floor comprises a trade area again with an 'L' shaped bar servery, 56 covers and a pool table.

To the rear is a trade kitchen. At first floor level, there is a large manager's flat with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and an office.
