Cotswolds estate agent receives national recognition

Chalford Hill-based estate agent Whitaker Seager has been recognised in the EA Masters 2022, after just a year in business.

On October 3rd 2021, 1,500 of the UK's leading estate and letting agents and suppliers gathered for the biggest estate agency event in the country, where the results of this year's Best Estate Agent Guide Awards were announced.

More than 15,000 estate agencies are included in the assessment, which is conducted by Property Academy, supported by the property portal Rightmove.

Each office is scored against a unique set of criteria looking at property marketing, customer service and results - which are determined following a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and renters.

Judges then used a combination of data analysis, mystery shopping and a website review to identify the best agencies in the country.

Whitaker Seager owners Amy Seager and Liz Whitaker-Street were recognised as winners under the 'Sales' category, for their dedication to providing the very highest levels of service.

Ms Seager said: "We are thrilled with the support we've received locally, from both past and present clients.

"We have had a phenomenal first full year of trading and winning this award is the cherry on the cake".

Home-movers and landlords can search for those estate and letting agents that made the grade in their area by visiting the Best Estate Agent Guide website or by looking out for the distinctive winners marks.
