Cotswolds car park to close for three weeks

A Stow-on-the-Wold car park will be closed for three weeks next month.

Cotswold District Council have confirmed that the Maugersbury Road car park will be closed between Monday, April 8 and Monday, April 29.

There will be no public access to the car park so contractors can install ducting for utilities

Prior to the work starting, the council will erect signs at the car park advising of the closure. Updates will also be made on the council's website.

A spokesman said: "We apologise for any inconvenience to motorists during this period."
