Cotswold investment firm named among top 10 best places to work in the UK

A Cotswold-based investment company specialising in human capital, has been listed as one of the top 10 best small companies to work for in the UK.

Hunter Gatherer Group, which has offices Chipping Campden and London, ranked fourth in the best small companies league table for 2022, which is compiled by workplace engagement specialist Best Companies and is based on employee surveys.

It has also achieved a 3 Star accreditation, awarded to organisations of all sizes that meet 'world class' levels of workplace engagement.

Gavin Johnstone, founder and CEO of Hunter Gatherer Group said: "In a world facing economic, political, and social uncertainty, the workplace must provide security, well-being and opportunity for all its people. Made up of four businesses, Hunter Gatherer owns and invests in human capital companies. Over the course of the last year, the group said it had "continued its track record" of building companies at scale, targeting investing in the renewable energy and technology sector.
