Adams joins the Blackfinch flock

Blackfinch Property – a key part of Gloucester-headquartered sustainable investment specialists Blackfinch Group – has welcomed Chris Adams as a Junior Investment Analyst.

Mr Adams, who graduated from Keele University with a degree in Mathematics, began his career as a portfolio analyst for a private asset management firm, where he focused on multi-asset class portfolios within both liquid and private markets.

He subsequently became an investment analyst in a wealth management role where he was responsible for generating technical research on global financial markets and providing portfolio optimisation recommendations within equities, fixed income and alternatives.

Mr Adams said:  "I'm excited to join the Blackfinch Property team to have the opportunity to work on different types of projects and to provide solutions to unique challenges. I'm also keen to make a difference in people's lives, and to be a part of the solution in solving Britain's existing housing crisis".

Nicola Mayes, Investment Manager, added: "We are delighted to have Chris join the team at an exciting time of year, before the pre-Christmas rush, to provide extra support with our growing loan book.

"We have had a record year of enquiries, and Chris brings a brilliant set of investment appraisal and analytical skills which will help the team evaluate new deals and work on completions more efficiently. Having been here less than a week, Chris is already assisting on client calls and with new transactions; we can't wait to see how he thrives at Blackfinch."
