Cheltenham's commercial property market remains buoyant

ASH Chartered Surveyors have completed the sale of five significant properties in Cheltenham since the beginning of 2018, with total proceeds exceeding £5million.

Agent Harry Pontifex said that the sale of office and industrial premises with or without development potential have been subject to competitive bids reflecting a continuing shortage of supply, a healthy demand and assisted by continuing low interest rates.

Elsewhere in the county, several new industrial developments are well advanced at Gateway 12 Business Park, Gabwell Business Park and Littlecombe Business Park (pictured below) which reinforce confidence in the area and will provide occupiers with much needed opportunities from approximately 1,300 sq ft to 63,500 sq ft.
