Total Managed Document Solutions Midlands Limited (TMDS) has announced the acquisition of Finnick Solutions, a Gloucestershire print solutions provider.

Based in Cheltenham, Finnick Solutions was founded by Chris Stock more than 25 years ago, following a passion for all things print. Chris worked hard over the years to build and develop new businesses under the Finnick name, enabling him to offer a complete design and print solution from beginning to end.

Following the completed acquisition, Finnick Solutions' services will merge with TMDS including its managed print services and audits.

TMDS said it will continue to provide the Finnick Group's existing customers with their services, with the same passion and enthusiasm that Mr Stock once did.
