Firm acts in £2.2 million share purchase

BPE Solicitors' corporate team has advised a nationwide valeting firm on its recent share purchase of New Image Holdings Limited for £2.2 million.

Founded 50 years ago Swadlincote-based valeting business Autoclenz is the firm behind the deal with Hampshire headquartered NIH ltd.

Cheltenham BPE's corporate's senior associate, Adam Kean, lent the expertise along with the firm's Angharad Doyle, Philippa Kean, Dianne Devlin, Chris Aldridge, Kate Gibbons and Thomas Christie.
