Cheltenham firm facilitates sale of 22,000sq ft site

Cheltenham-based KBW has organised the sale of a prime industrial site in Tewkesbury.

The sale of 1-6 Shannon Point, a 22,000sq ft site, was concluded off-market at the end of the year.

The deal went ahead after KBW's agency team brought together a proactive investor and seller.

The new owner, Kinver Capital, is now set to take the reins of the estate.

Shannon Point was fully let to four separate tenants at the time of the sale. This multi-let investment opportunity with consistently good rental demand was an attractive proposition for potential buyers.

The site had been looked after by KBW's commercial agency team for several years, with the team involved in completing new lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of the previous owner, Cheltine Ltd.

Richard Knightley, senior director of KBW, said: "At KBW, we pride ourselves on our ability to work efficiently and effectively for both buyers and sellers. Being able to complete this sale just in time to close out 2024 was a great way to end the year, and we are thrilled to have facilitated such a positive outcome for everyone involved."
