Cheltenham business fined

A Cheltenham architectural design and construction company has been fined £1,000 after being convicted of failing to notify the police who was driving a Porsche car at the time of an alleged motoring offence.
CPLC Associates Ltd of Station Road, Bishops Cleeve, also ordered to pay £210 costs and surcharges after the conviction by Cheltenham Magistrates last week.
The company had been required by the police to say between July 13 and August 12, 2021, who was driving the Porsche, registration 8JSC.
