Allcooper, security and fire specialists, have completed the installation of new security systems at the recently-opened Pied Piper Charity Shop in Gloucester.

The Pied Piper Appeal were selected as the security firm's Charity of the Year back in May 2018. Since then, Allcooper has been supporting their work through sponsorship of the Summer Show, staff fundraising activities and now by providing their own security services.

Having opened to the public in June 2018, the new charity shop has enabled Pied Piper to engage with the local community and increase their ongoing fundraising efforts, with all shop sales going towards helping transform the lives of sick children across Gloucestershire. Donations of clothes, furniture, toys and more are always gratefully received by Pied Piper's team of dedicated volunteers.

Getting the shop up and running has been largely thanks to the Appeal's many corporate partners, with various local businesses stepping in to offer time, labour and professional services, from shopfitting to insurance.

Three of Allcooper's Installation engineers, Darren, Rob and Piotr, have attended the shop in recent weeks to specify and then fit the new equipment, which included a professional Allcooper Intruder Alarm system and High Definition (HD) CCTV cameras.
