Businesses tee off to support a fantastic children's charity

The county's business people turned out in force on the golf course to help raise funds for one of Gloucestershire's favourite charities.

The Pied Piper Golf Day at Brickhampton Court Golf Complex, near Cheltenham was a huge success in perfect weather.

Sponsored by the Blade Group it raised money for the Gloucestershire based Pied Piper Appeal which helps sick and disabled children in the county.

Chairman of Pied Piper Appeal, Nick Broady, praised everyone who had backed the event and made it a success.

"I would like to thank all of the businesses who have come along to support us today," he said. "We have had an amazing day with amazing weather."
