Budget fashion range rolled out nationwide

Poundland is extending its Pep&Co budget fashion range to over 500 stores nationwide to pile on the pressure on the likes of Primark.

The Pep&Co value clothing range, which features key seasonal items, will now be available in all 850 of Poundland's stores, as reported by Retail Gazette.

The discount retailer, which has stores in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud and Cirencester, hopes it will boost its sales and profits.

Poundland first introduced Pep&Co to over 300 of its UK and Irish Dealz stores last year.

The company said affordable family fashion is one of the ways it is reinventing Poundland for customers. Over 300 stores will stock the full Pep&Co range, while some stores will stock a smaller edited range.

Punchline said: "We all love a bit of 'Primarni', so we're sure there's room for more budget fashion on the high street."
