Bruton Knowles announces nine senior promotions

Gloucester-based commercial property firm Bruton Knowles has revealed the promotion of nine employees into senior roles.

The promotions, across several of its national teams, are said to further showcase Bruton Knowles' work to grow and develop teams and individuals internally.

May Dudley and Chris Renshaw from the Utilities & Infrastructure team, and Nicole Fitzpatrick from the Valuations team have all been promoted from associate to senior associate, as well as Aled Jenkins and Ian LeGrice from the Commercial team.

Rachel Holland has been promoted from surveyor to senior surveyor in the Utilities & Infrastructure team.

Sam Spencer from the Leisure & Hospitality team, Ben Compton in the Rural team and Martin Wilson in the Valuations team will all become salaried partners.

Bruton Knowles said that since James Bailey took over as managing partner in 2017, part of his strategy to success has involved prioritising internal career development.

Mr Bailey said: "Over the past 18 months the whole team has worked extremely hard to deliver for our clients in what has been an incredibly challenging environment. Defying the challenges of Brexit and Covid-19 they have remained passionate and dedicated to driving the business forward.

"We strive to nurture talent from within, ensuring staff have the opportunity to develop and progress so with a number of individuals going above and beyond, from securing new business, to driving team growth and ensuring excellent client satisfaction, we feel it is imperative that they are recognised.

"From the top down, everyone working at Bruton Knowles is driving towards common goals - we are all on the same page about where we are headed and what we want to achieve. That streamlined approach and determined mindset allows us to continue moving forward, growing and developing as a business.

"I have confidence these promotions will be essential for the future of the business and contribute towards delivering against our ambitious growth plans."
