Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interest from potential partners to take part in a tendering process for a provision of a convenience store within the new landside Public Transport Interchange at the airport.

Bristol Airport is investing over £60 million in its largest capital project yet. The new Public Transport Interchange for coaches, buses and other forms of transport is scheduled to open in Summer 2025, and will also feature a multi-storey car park, glazed bridge link between the car parks and terminal, new waiting and rest facilities and enlarged drop off and pick up area, as part of a large expansion program enabling 12 million passengers a year to use the airport. This area will serve all arriving and departing passengers from the airport.
Convenience store services at the airport include, but are not limited to, the provision of sandwiches, snacks, drinks, confectionery, groceries and other food items for take away only.
Rupert Lawrie, commercial director, Bristol Airport said: "We are looking forward to hearing from businesses who would like to tender for our exciting new provision of a convenience store in our new Public Transport Interchange.
"We welcome applications from everyone, whether they are an independent regional company or a national or international group. A great customer experience is important, so the potential partner would need to demonstrate exceptional food and drink provision, first class customer service and great value for money.
"The airport is a fast paced and dynamic environment with innovation and new ways of working central to our business."
