BPE solicitors settle into teams after qualifying

Solicitors in two departments at BPE Solicitors have qualified after completing their training contracts with the Cheltenham firm

And Sam Silsby and Natalie Ball are starting life as qualified in solicitors in the teams where they finished their training.

Sam Silsby spent much of her training contract in the employment team and brings a wealth of experience managing large teams from her previous career as a project manager.

She is particularly interested in discrimination, disciplinary and grievance processes and is looking to build a specialism in this area.

Natalie Ball has qualified in the commercial litigation team where she assisted senior fee earners during her training.

She also spent time in commercial property and family, gaining valuable experience of advising both commercial and private individual clients on her route to qualification.

She will advise clients on commercial and residential disputes, professional negligence and commercial contract disputes.

Senior partner John Workman said: "BPE is committed to recruiting and developing talent, and both Sam and Natalie are brilliant examples of just that.

"We have had the pleasure of watching Sam and Natalie develop into skilled and talented solicitors and I look forward to seeing where their careers take them in the coming years."
