BPE retains ranking for private wealth advice

Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has retained its Tier Two ranking in the Chambers & Partners High Net Worth directory of recommended lawyers.

Chambers and Partners is an independent legal directory, which carries out research annually, collating feedback from both clients and peers in order to rank law firms for the services they provide.

The private client team at BPE has grown recently with the addition of a third partner, Malcolm Emery, who joined the firm last year. Partners Clare Young and Peter Tyrrell are ranked alongside Malcolm in Band Two, recognising the quality and complexity of the advice they provide to high net worth individuals.

John Workman, senior partner, said: "BPE's Private Client team really has gone from strength to strength over the past 10 years, ably demonstrated by the ranking of all three of our private wealth partners today. We regularly advise senior management and high net worth invidivuals in relation to their personal assets and trusts. Our tax planning service has been greatly enhanced by the addition of Malcolm, who is a chartered tax advisor. I'm delighted to see the team recognised for their knowledge, approach and professionalism."
