BPE helps complete rapid sale of company

BPE Solicitors corporate team has advised on the sale of a London business with the whole process completed inside two months.

The deal saw London-based procurement, transformation and insights consultancy experts The Retearn Group complete its entire share sale to Elixirr International PLC.

Cheltenham-based BPE advised co-founders Mark Wyllie, Simon Smith and Lee Cotsford.

Partner Adam Kean said: "We were delighted to support Mark, Simon and Lee on this stage of their growth plan and wish them the best on their journey with Elixirr Limited."

The co-founders will continue to lead the business in advising clients on driving self-funded transformation initiatives.

Chief executive Mr Wyllie said: "Joining Elixirr is a very exciting opportunity for us and we're so glad that we had Adam, and the team on hand every step of the way providing commercial and practical advice."
