BPE Solicitors family team has moved up to band one in the latest Chambers and Partners rankings.

The ranking reflects the experience of the family team, which comprises of two partners, a senior associate and a solicitors, at the Cheltenham law firm.

The team advises clients on all elements of family law including cohabitation agreements, pre and post-nuptial arrangements and children and matrimonial arrangements for high net worth individuals, often during highly stressful and emotional times.

Partner Helen Cankett, who is head of family, retained her personal ranking in band one thanks to significant recommendations from her clients and professional contacts.
