B&M launches online home delivery – at last!

Discount homeware retailer B&M has finally introduced home delivery, just 44 years after it opened its first store.

B&M, which has stores in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Lydney, will initially only be offering a range of heavier products for delivery, which shoppers may struggle to transport themselves.

Its online range features 1,000 products, including garden furniture, toys and electrical equipment, as reported by Retail Gazette.

Customers shopping for the product range should look for items marked home delivery on the website and click "add to basket", before arranging the delivery.

B&M said that offering this more accessible shopping experience is a big step forward for the business.

The retailer will be closely monitoring customer take-up of the home delivery service and looking into the potential to offer online-only product extensions in the future.
