Aston Martin Cheltenham named Dealer of the Year

Aston Martin Cheltenham, operated by the H.R. Owen Group, has been named Aston Martin UK Dealer of the Year 2020, as well as Aftersales Customer Satisfaction Index Dealer of the Year.
Awarded annually, the awards recognise the best among a network of 19 Aston Martin retailers nationwide.
Judged across a number of criteria, including overall customer satisfaction, sales, Aftersales and more, the Aston Martin Cheltenham showroom was named the best in the country.
What's more, its specific Aftersales CSI award highlighted the team's exceptional dedication to ensuring the very highest levels of customer service throughout servicing, maintenance and repair work.
During a difficult year of lockdowns and restrictions, Aston Martin Cheltenham's Aftersales operations remained open throughout, carrying out critical work to keep customers mobile.
HR Owen chief executive, Ken Choo said: "Congratulations to the whole team at Aston Martin Cheltenham on these two extraordinary awards.
"Through the most difficult of times, they have shown incredible resilience and ingenuity to continue delivering the world-class customer service that the HR Owen Group is famous for."
Aston Martin Cheltenham celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2020, supported by a legion of loyal and friendly customers.
Mr Choo added: "The Aston Martin brand grows stronger by the day, and we're delighted to represent its British sports cars in the best possible way."
H.R. Owen also represents BAC, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Puritalia, Rimac and Rolls-Royce, as well as operating a pre-owned luxury and supercar showroom, Specialist Cars, located adjacent to Aston Martin Cheltenham.
