Almost half of villas now sold at Cheltenham development

Since launching just five months ago, a new development by house-builder CALA Homes has seen almost 50 per cent of their impressive villas sold.

Ready to move into and standing proud at the development is The Francis

The £1m properties at 59 Lansdown were amongst the first to sell, with 'The Regency' five-bedroom villa proving to be one of the most popular properties.

Located on Lansdown Road, the development is a bespoke collection of 25 five-bedroom villas and 42 one and two-bedroom apartments.

Ready to move into is The Francis, a beautiful five-bedroom villa which forms part of the exquisite crescent that shapes the development and is one of few remaining homes that offers outstanding views.

The villas offer stunning views towards the Leckhampton Hills

The exterior of this property is finished to a fine detail, with high quality reproduction ashlar stone stonework, black ironmongery and grey aluminium doors and windows, providing striking kerb appeal.

Neil Simpson, sales and marketing director at CALA Homes (Midlands), said: "We're thrilled that our flagship development has proven to be incredibly popular so far.

The Regency master bedroom

"59 Lansdown is unlike any other development in Cheltenham, showcasing a number of desirable aspects including Regency-grandeur, impressive views, and quality low maintenance living, all within a great location.

"Thanks to the stunning views it affords, as well as the thoughtful design, occupants of The Francis will be able to enjoy relaxing on the terrace whilst taking in the natural beauty of the Cotswolds. We anticipate that these homes won't be available for long so we'd urge those interested to get in touch as soon as possible."

Located within walking distance of Cheltenham town centre, 59 Lansdown is aptly positioned with quick access to a number of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as high street brands including the flagship John Lewis store.

Cheltenham is also home to a number of internationally renowned independent schools and colleges, including Dean Close School, Cheltenham Ladies College and Cheltenham College all less than a mile from the development.

Prices for the five-bedroom villas at 59 Lansdown start from £924,950. The stylish apartments are currently available off-plan starting from £259,950, with the show apartments set to launch in September 2019.
