Allsorts Gloucestershire welcomes new CEO

Allsorts Gloucestershire has appointed Clare Cannock as its new chief executive.

Clare brings with her a wealth of experience from the youth charity sector and from her senior roles in large grant-making organisations.

 Jess Waterman, chair of trustees, said: "The Allsorts board would like to officially welcome Clare to Allsorts. We are excited to work with her and to see what her passion for inclusion and sector knowledge brings to the organisation."

Clare joins Allsorts at an exciting time of growth and opportunity. Her appointment marks a significant step forward in the charity's mission to create inclusive environments where children with additional needs and their families feel supported, empowered and connected.

Clare said: "I am delighted to be joining such a talented team that demonstrates passion and professionalism to provide accessible, fun, and engaging experiences for children, young people and their families. The charity makes a valuable and positive difference to so many lives, creating ordinary magic."

Clare will work closely with the team, members and the community to build on the strong foundations already in place as well as keep the charity on track to achieving its ambitious strategic goals.

Allsorts is an award-winning Gloucestershire-based charity dedicated to supporting families with disabled children and young people by creating inclusive, fun, and active spaces where children can thrive. It provides a welcoming environment where children can be themselves, free from judgment, while families access vital resources to build confidence and resilience.
