Agents appointed for new Cheltenham office development

Commercial property specialists Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Alder King have been appointed by developer Robert Hitchins Ltd as joint agents to market the project.

The new development, known as Hatherley Place, is located within close proximity of both GCHQ and Junction 11 of the M5 motorway.

Providing contemporary, grade A office accommodation, the 32,637 sq ft building is made up of three floors on a self-contained plot with allocated parking space for 126 cars.

The agents said Hatherley Place provides unrivalled high quality office space, available as a whole, floor by floor or on a part floor basis.

Peter Musgrove, director at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: "We are delighted to be instructed on such a prestigious and unique scheme which will offer much needed Grade A space to the Cheltenham office market.

"Hatherley Place focuses on offering an environment that promotes collaboration, flexibility and wellness, and its surrounding area offers a variety of opportunities to enhance the working experience."

Simon Tothill, property and development director at Robert Hitchins Ltd, added: "We are looking forward to working with Lambert Smith Hampton and Alder King on this development in Cheltenham where accommodation of this size and quality are scarce.

"The rarity of deliverable new-build offices so close to GCHQ and the M5 is a huge bonus and we are confident that it will attract a lot of interest from cyber, technology and other occupiers."
