Adult Gaming Centre to double in size

An Adult Gaming Centre in Gloucester is set to extend into the neighbouring shop.

Gloucester City Council has given permission for Be Lucky at 27 Westgate Street to amalgamate with 25 Westgate Street.

Permission has been granted for the new, bigger gaming centre to have illuminated signs on both buildings. Currently, the signs are non-illuminated, although the sign on the gaming centre is externally illuminated by a hidden lighting strip.

As part of the changes to the properties, the upper floors of number 25 will be converted into a two-bedroom flat, with a rear rooftop garden terrace.

The larger gaming centre will provide 10 full-time jobs. The current gaming centre employs four full-time staff.

The vacant unit at 25 Westgate Street was previously occupied by a tattoo parlour, which closed in November 2022.
