17-year-old arrested after wanted appeal

A 17-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of rape, assault, and criminal damage after officers issued a wanted appeal on Monday evening (September 19).

Following information from the public, the boy who was the subject of the wanted appeal was arrested on Tuesday evening (September 20) in Bristol.

His arrest relates to incidents in Alfred Street in Gloucester on Friday (September 16).

The boy remains in custody at this time.
