Gloucester Rugby star Ben Morgan is signed up to promote business

Gloucester and England rugby star Ben Morgan has become an ambassador for Gloucestershire-based nutrition company Pulsin'.

On a visit to Pulsin' headquarters at Waterwells Business Park in Gloucester, the number eight took part in a question-and-answer session and was later challenged to design and make his own protein bar.

After impressing the team with his salted caramel protein bar, Ben (pictured) made a delicious and nutritious berry shake, which provided an additional boost of energy as he faced his next test to become an official brand ambassador.

As part of his induction, Ben was also given the daunting task of taking part in the Pulsin' protein powder challenge to test his muscular endurance.

This involved him holding 6kg of Pulsin' powders, arms outstretched for one minute.

Ben said: "Pulsin' is the perfect partner as I am always on the go and need to have nutritious snacks that keep my energy levels up.

"Pulsin' only use 100 per cent natural ingredients and are protein based, which is ideal for me as my body always needs a protein top up to help me with muscle repair and building strength."
