Former record company executive Eve Slater, who used to rub shoulders with the likes of The Who’s Keith Moon and Jimi Hendrix back in the heady days of the swinging 60s, and now runs Triangle Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Gloucestershire, is on the move.
Triangle Recruitment has expanded and moved from Twigworth to new quarters in Cheltenham’s Eagle Tower.
The company, run by Eve and business partner Claire Jackson, specialises in recruiting for a wide range of Gloucestershire clients
These days Eve‘s ear is more tuned to the needs of local business than heavy rock but the feedback she gets is as vibrant as ever.
“Relocating to the Eagle Tower was a good decision. We are much more accessible to clients being only a stone’s throw from the town centre,” said Eve.
“It’s a fantastic location with great views up to the Cotswold escarpment over the surrounding bath Road rooftops.
“We have taken on two consultants plus admin staff to help us handle the workload, so although this is a tight market place at the moment we seem to be bucking the trend. I’d like to believe it’s because we don’t just rely and work with larger companies but also we work particularly well with SME’s because we deliver a very personal service”.

Claire added: “The secret to our success has been our very experienced Business Manager who has worked locally for many years and ensures that we really do look to match the right person with the job rather than throwing everyone at it in the hope of finding someone who fits the bill.
