Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has brokered the sale of Desirable Childcare Ltd, a group of two leasehold nurseries in Cheltenham.

The nurseries, which have a combined capacity of 69, had been operated by previous owners Dan and Caroline Warwick for more than 10 years.

The group has been acquired by experienced local operator Natural Choice Nurseries Ltd, bringing their total number of settings to four, with a combined capacity of 160.

Natural Choice Nurseries Ltd is a family-run business operated by husband and wife team Nicky and Fred Edwards.

Their two existing settings are located in South Gloucestershire in the villages of Alveston and Charfield, near Wotton-under-Edge.
